Honey Lassi​


Honey lassi is a refreshing and creamy yogurt-based drink that is sweetened with honey. Here’s how you can make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (preferably whole milk yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • A pinch of ground cardamom (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Chopped nuts or dried fruits for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients:
    • In a blender, combine the plain yogurt, cold water, honey, and ground cardamom (if using).
    • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Adjust consistency:
    • If the lassi is too thick, you can add more water to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Chill:
    • Pour the lassi into glasses.
    • If desired, you can add ice cubes to make it extra cold.
  4. Garnish:
