Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried kala chana (black chickpeas), soaked overnight or for 6-8 hours

Instructions:
- Boiling Kala Chana: Rinse the soaked kala chana and cook it in a pressure cooker or pot with enough water and a little salt until they are tender. It might take around 20-30 minutes. Separate excess water and keep the cooked chana aside. Remaining water can be used to make Chana soup.
