Ingredients:
- 2-3 medium-sized radishes (mooli), peeled and chopped

- Sautéing Spices: Heat oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them crackle. Add asafoetida (hing) for additional flavor.
