Mutton Barra

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg mutton chops (ribs or shoulder chops)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), crushed (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mutton Chops:
    • Wash and pat dry the mutton chops. Make small slits on the chops to allow the marinade to penetrate.
  2. Marinate the Mutton:
